Got an Elder Scrolls tattoo!

I think it's kinda lame to rip of a video game emblem, cool as it is.

But everything else aside, the logo is pretty cool, and as long as you are happy, it's all fine, since that's the only thing that really matters.

:goodjob:

I've been planning on getting an Enclave one on my left arm for a while now.....

Call it geeky, but you can't deny that it looks cool :D

I have been hesitant though, as I'm not sure I'll still like it in twenty years.

...who gives a damn?

seriously, anyone who worries about that kind of stuff all the time doesnt stand much of a chance at life, only suffering in the end.

find a person who actually gives half a care about yourself as a person, rather than judging you on stupid nothings.

go through life as yourself, not as whats in your pants.

This.

OP:
Looks great

Congratulations on the ink. It looks great. I got Auron from FFX a few years back, and I still love it.

It's not a rip off, (Rip off is when you take something that someone else thought of and claim you invented/came up with it) it's a dedication! lol OP, meets the dictionary requirment as being dedicated to :tes:

Dedication
1. the act of dedicating or the state of being dedicated
2. an inscription or announcement prefixed to a book, piece of music, etc., (Human Flesh) dedicating it to a person or thing
3. complete and wholehearted devotion, esp to a career, ideal, etc. (Video Game)

Just jumping in to point out that this is false. Many jobs require no tattoos.

You are wrong in every sense,

No jobs require no tatoos, I think you are misled, there are some jobs that require no tatoos 'on show' thats different as a long sleeve jumper or shirt will cover this.

To the OP, looks sweet mate

Regardless of terminology, I'm sure you get the point I'm trying to get across.

Because of you, Mr. OP, I believe that I'll get this(Or another Elder Scrolls tattoo) in place dead center on my chest, to go with the Dark Mark on my left forearm.
If you'll allow me to make a crude remark,
Get 'em with Harry Potter, Seal the deal with :tes:

If Skyrim turns out to be awesome, it'll be a good beacon when [censored] goes down. Sitting there being all depressed, you can look at your arm and think about the days where you kicked ass as Dovahkiin.

Wow. Such words of wisdom. I might get a tattoo of these words across my back. Yeah, who cares about girls? And yes, people that don't get tattoos don't stand much of a chance at life.

Amazing tattoo. I was thinking of getting the dragon on my upper arm someday because I love dragons and I love ES so that fits perfectly. I also wanted to get Kains Clan symbol on my back (for anyone whos played Legacy of Kain) or my name in Daedric on my back. You're lucky you knew then artist personally and got the thing for free.

Yeah , alot of my job searching has been in small bursts throughout the years but mostly when I was like 16 ish , and 19ish honestly after trying really hard at like age 19 and getting nothing but 1 failed interview and have more or less since given up for several years. Between the past failures to get even the crappiest of jobs despite a great deal of effort , and hearing all the time how the US economy is in a toilet I have been very (understandably) discouraged from trying to get jobs.

You say be honest and be yourself , good idea I had been thinking myself cause alot of the times when I tried in the past I was trying to be who I THOUGHT they wanted to see and telling them what I THOUGHT they wanted to hear.... which apparently did no good and I got nothing to lose by being real with the people in future attempts

What my brother always tells me when I go on a rant about it is that those people are basically losers (He doesn't actually call them losers , I'm putting this in my own words) who have no aspirations of anything greater and are there because yes they were hired before me and they have just been there for years and years and dead-end jobs like walmart and wendys LIKE having those kind of losers who won't leave them to look for more new hirings

Who is the loser now? And why a non-loser would try to pick a loser's job? Maybe you should study to get a job. But from your post I can clearly see this isn't your strongest point.

Well i'm getting really pumped for skyrim. As a tribute I got the symbol for Akatosh tattooed on my forearm! I had him play around with the design a little bit to make it look more worn and different shading. Let me know what you guys think, Artist was a gamer so i got it for free

Very cool tattoo. :foodndrink:
Remove the Elder Scrolls reference and you still have a cool design so it doesn't matter if people don't get the reference. They'll still see a nice tattoo.

Concerning tattoos in general, I don't mind them at all. There are some that I find very cool but I don't want to have one. Yet I can't help but think about how in 50 years many grandmas will have angel/butterfly wings tattooed right above their buttocks.
