So I found Oblivion GoTY Edition at a Goodwill for $2.99 on the PC.

I have played a bit on the 360, but have always wondered how this games stacks up on the PC, and for $2.99 I couldn't pass it up.

So I know this game boasts an awesome modding community. So I am wondering what mods really enhance the gameplay, what are some of your opinions before I go diving headlong into the mods forum?

Your request is so mod-centric that I'm sure it will be moved to that forum in due course. That's all to the good. You'll likely get many more responses there. If would help if you could be a little more specific about what you think you'd like to change or add. Also, a general idea what what your computer consists of....certain mods can be VERY demanding.
