I got a Icon thats looks like Raider Head ( Face with a gas mask) at Sanctuary, what does it mean ?

Do u know what i have to do that the Icon disappear ?

I guess its an Attack but there is nothing, i got only some Gun Towers(4) near the Bridge is that to less ?
