Thank you! It's all merged stock images except for a bit of the dragon, and the city is all hand drawn. The rest was just extensive edits and overlays!

Thanks a lot. It's all photos aside from the dragon and castle! The dragon be a 3D model... I drew in the castle, the rest of the effect was done with a lot of editing.

And I looked around and couldn't find anything this specific... but I am a forum noob, so, I might of missed somewhere?
