Did I read that correctly. It mentioned snow falling "naturally" and landing on objects and coating them with snow as a new texture in the exact shape of the object that one would expect.
Does this mean that snow will build up on its own?

That makes me happy atleast so I hope werewolves are in but maybe we will be able to tell with more info in the coming month or whenever they release more.....
Do the zombies look better? Like more dismemberd and such?

Not completely randomly generated. Hehe, the general story is still made beforehand. It's not like "Kill 10 ogres, bring me their teeth and I'll pay you 500 septims" or something along those lines..
The locations of the quests are randomly generated afaik. -
