Hi, people!

Couldn't catch it on a screenshot, so the colors aren't exactly right, but I think you get the idea.

It started doing this in the intro movie the first time I launched. If I go into the char gen screen, after a few seconds, this is all I see. It goes away for a bit if I go to desktop, then go back again, but doesn't last long.

I'm running it on a HP mini with Windows 7 Enterprise. Don't think they had these back when Fallout was made, which might be the reason for the problem... I don't know.


Got any solutions? (other than running DOSbox?)
Would sure appreciate it (there's a cookie in it for you)
