Dear Bethesda, Fallout 3 GOTY edition is totally broken. I have 74hrs on my game save and now every 15 minutes like clock work the game freezes! If I delete the game data file the game will play fine until the game is fully cached again. And then it freezes with in 15 minutes. I called your support twice and they even suggested to start a new game. Well I did and it only took 2 hrs for the first freeze to show up. And then it started frequent freezing just like the old save. From the 50hr mark freezes were becoming more and more frequent until the game became totally unplayable.

The game has been out for almost 3 weeks now. Surely you have been reading posts all over the web about the frequent freezing. Is this how you want to be known around the web? A company that makes great games, but their games a riddled with bugs and freezing problems? Rest assured that if you do nothing and keep ignoring our pleas for help. Your future game sales will be affected, there will be less people willing to take a chance on your products. If you don't know whats wrong with the game at least let us know your looking into it. Don't keep us in the dark, people are trading their games in daily. And soon this game will be in the bargain ben!
