GOTY Edition, patched?

Does the GOTY Edition have the official Version 1.1.511 patch (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Patch)? Or do I have to download it when I get the game?

The GotY edition is patched to 1.2.0416- which is the final official patch. Install, and you're done.
