Is GOTY on PS3 also a broken mess?

Okay, so i feel like delving back into Oblivion after my countless futile attempts to get Skyrim working. Thing is, I never got that into Oblivion to know if there are any game breaking glitches or lag. I basically just did the main quest, no fighters guild, no vampirism, did join the theives guild but thats about it. Oh and I'm on PS3 and I'm thinking of getting it used. (No way I'm putting another penny into Beths pocket) Does the dlc come on disk, or would I have to get it new to play the dlc.

On another note, is GOTY even worth it? Do the dlcs pack a punch, or are they just rehashed dungeons, lame story, etc.

Something about Oblivion that just makes it more appealing to me. I just can't put my finger on it. Maybe its the music, or the cheezy voice acting, IDK, but its just feels right. It was my first Elder Scrolls game by the way.

That was a confusing post.
The GOTY comes without DLC, only Shivering isles and Knights of the Nine (both great by the way), however I know of at least one major bug which effects PS3, which makes Vampire incurable unless you want to do a lengthy work around. I don't know if there's any other bad bugs that effect the PS3 and it should run the same as XBox and PC
