I have not seen this asked so appoligize in advance if it has.

i have started the main game and have not laoded in the DLC on the second disk. I am at level 11. I seem to get kciked around by the tougher enemies. i don't think my armor is very good. I purchased some Power Armour in Rivit City but it says i need traiing to use it. i don't know where to get the trainig. if anyone can give me some help without a ton of spoilers that would be great.

Thanks.

Hmm. Help without spoilers.

Well, there is this, er, organization, see? It has, er, members who go by the term for a sibling of the male variety. The other part of the name for this organization is a product that is made from Iron and Carbon.

You might want to hook up with this organization for the training you need.

And to do that, as I recall, you need to go to a certain location which is named for a certain historical figure. That person, in contrast to another historical figure who's monument is also found in DC, is not remembered for freeing a great many people from a condition of servitude, but rather for keeping such persons in such condition while also being the author of a very famous document which is very much inconsistent with such condition, and for also (reputedly) having one or more children from one such person.

The
Spoiler
Brotherhood of Steel
can help you.

To get started with them, I would go to the
Spoiler
Jefferson Memorial
. This is, not their actual HQ, but, as I recall, in order to get the power armor training, you have to first do a quest that starts at that location.

If you load the DLC, your level cap will be upped to 30 instead of 20. One of the DLCs gives you Power Armor Training at the end.
