I'm considering buying Gun runner's arsenal and the Courier's stash DLC because the amount of unique weapons/mods,However I hear problems can arise from installing these DLCs such as freezing issues. So I'd like to know is there any major issues or problems with these DLCs. I mean I guess they are not that expensive so if they are broke I could just uninstall them and its not a big deal... but I'd kinda like to know the general stability of the game with these DLCs present.

The freezing will happen with or without ANY DLC. Had nothing but problems with the game in general reguardless of whatever DLC was purchased (I was a svcker and bought them all.) The Gunrunners Arsenal was a awesome DLC but the game is broken and will never be fixed, so spin the wheel and take yer chances buddy.
