I buyed Fallout 4 from Steam today and I have a problem when I use VATS and when I'm building something. When I chose a target/something I want to reprocess, for example a garden fence (imgur link) the monitor get blurred depending on the position of the cursor (pictures two and three if .)

any1 has a solution for this? My PC matches all the requirements for fallout (Acer G3-605 Predator) and nobody of my friends has the same problem. I'm german and I'm playing in the german version.
