Maybe you could mill mammoth tusks to mammoth tusk powder? Could you say where can you find those grain mills?

Theirs 1 outside Whiterun but thats always in use.

Theres 1 more in a small town west of Whiterun which you can use to grind something but I am not sure what that is yet.

Pretty sure they are currently useless, but it would be cool if they were modded to have a purpose. Same with the lumber mills.

Corpse disposal?

That'd be some very messy corpse disposal, on both counts.

Probably fro DLC content in the future since Skyrim isn't a complete game yet.

Not till the Ultimate Skyrim comes out in a year or so.

It's used to grind Rorik's skull to get the rocks out of it.

There are many things that Bethesda added just for roleplaying purposes, since those were popular mods for Oblivion.

The things like grain mills, lumber mills, etc. where you play an animation as you use them are for those that wish to roleplay a simple or normal character that just lives in a village and makes their living by something other than adventuring. Weird, I know, but some people enjoy pretending to be just simple herbalists, blacksmiths, hunters, etc. and Bethesda just threw them a bone by making certain mundane objects have interactions.
