I'm the creator of the mod, and you're supposed to talk about "Background" with Arwen, then the topic "Managing your stronghold" appears.

Ah, My Lady, Thank you for your response . After my last post , I realized that I had been remiss in your timely suggestion to READ THE RE-ME. And there written for all to read was the magical phrase . I immediately added it to fair mainden Arawen's dialoge and am now blessed with many rewards. May the Valar be with you.
