First granny recipe with whale eye and weeper was pretty straight forward and direct instructions. This second one in the Legal district mission #2 has me stumped.

After getting the task by finding the room and note, the quest journal says "From the 78, draw the World". Found the tarot card pile in the main target house and drew out the World card. But not sure what to do now.

After taking the world card, the quest journal updated to say lay it at the feet of the one with the eyes of blackest void. But stuck now finding this location to put card down at. I went back to the granny apartment where I started the quest and see the dead deer head and thought it had dark eyes but can't find a way to interact with anything here.

So looking for where to put card at?

Anyone done this and can help w info?

edit: ok, found the room to lay the World tarot card down at. It's the room in apartment 10, where you found a rune and had vision speech with the outsider. The World tarot card has an interaction clickie with the outsider pedestal in the room.

After laying card down, it's another click to then cut your hand and bleed over it. Pick up the bloody card, and next step is burn it "at the hearth of a man who dreams of being lord of all". It's the fireplace on the 4th floor of the Barrister house, lay card and get rune.

I played this mission twice (accidentally killed one person somehow on first playthough, and was going for Cleaner Hands). I managed to do this the first time around, but somehow this time, no matter how hard I look, I can't find the Granny's Recipe note. Where exactly is it? Have I encountered a weird bug that's stopped it from spawning, or am I just being dumb?

It's kind of a hard note to see sometimes. The granny note is in the waterfront zone before you enter the Legal district zone, in the granny apartment which has the outsider is here scrawling on the wall. Best as I recall the apartment is about 2nd floor height and was the 2nd opening you can enter on the left, after you get past the first wall of light coming from the start of mission area and just past the gentle sweeping right turn of the main road.

In the granny apartment itself, the note is kind of hard to see if you don't know or see your mouse cursor over it. It's right below the black eye deer head that sits sort of in a mounted semi shrine. If you hover your mouse over the patch of white notes area on this deer shrine, you should see the note interaction cursor to click and pick it up.

There's an Outsider Shrine in Apartment 10. That's probably it. They always talk about him having black/dark eyes.

So it needs Daud's blood. That is freaking genius right there, boy, I tell you what.
