"Graphic" bug with DX11 pack

Post » Mon Jul 04, 2011 7:02 am

Hello everyone,
I just installed DX11 pack for Crysis 2, I have a compatible card (Geforce GTX470), so Crysis asked me if I wanted to activate the DX11 stuff, so I answered Yes and restarted the game, however, I have a big problem, I can't go higher than 1024x768 (native is 1920x1080) o_O , but when I disable DX11, I have again high resolutions (up to 1920x1080). Is that known? Did someone else have the same problem? Is there a way to fix?

Thanks in advance, have a good day everyone ;)

No, seriously, I'm the only one who has this bug? I'm damned o_O
By the way I already tried reinstalling the game!

Noone? Nothing? Developers have an idea? I have graphics glitches with DX9 I don't have with DX11, so I'm really looking forward a solution :D

Hmmm, assuming you have the latest Forceware drivers installed on your system (275.33 or 275.5 beta, they're the same for this game), It MAY be a refresh rate issue. Have you tried setting your monitor refresh rate to 60 Hz? I'm asking because I know C2 currently has issues with 3D Vision and 64-bit OS, so maybe that's the cause. Other than that, be sure you're not messing with Nvidia settings on the control panel and the C2's console variables. If nothing works, you may try to reinstall the drivers and/or the game. Good luck!
