Graphic glitches outdoors

My computer system is a laptop: lenovo 3000 N100, the graphics chipset is the integrated intel.
I have problems with, while in an outside cell, npc's and my character's hair will disappear at certain angles, the doors will also seem to disappear at certain angles.
When I'm in an inside cell I don't have any issues, so is this a problem with no special shaders on my video chipset?

It's a common problem with some integrated video cards... It's called 'Z-fighting.' A lot of laptops have this problem because of cheap Intel video cards.
You can try updating your drivers from the manufacturer site, that helps in some cases. (older nVidia cards usually need an update)

You can also try playing in a lower resolution, it might help prevent the flickering.

Ok, well that makes sense, at least while I'm outside. I was afraid it was the limitations of my pathetic card, but why does it only glitch outside? Why when I'm in an inside cell does everything look fine?
