I am having an annoying glitch which might be a bit hard to explain.

Basically anytime when I hit with an enchanted item or spell, as soon as it hits the screen starts to flicker with the flicker 'image' being what the screen looked like a few minutes ago.
It also happens whenever I get hit by a spell.

I have tried reinstalling three times! My graphics card drivers are up to date, Oblivion is up to date.

Please help urgently!

Edit: My graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce 8600 GS and this is the first issue I've had with Oblivion.

Also, it happens whenever I take any F***ing damage!
