Graphical options.

When I experienced a little lag in the beta, I reacted by lowering settings to account for the number of players.

What I found was that by lower some setting (textures etc) to medium while maintaining the 1080p resoultion, it caused the game to appear very blurred (not enjoyable at all).

So Im assuming, it would be better to adjust the resolution 1st & foremost before touching the supporting options.

ofc....I ended up reverting back to my initial settings, and had no lag (something got fixed fast ;))

Anyone else have any experiences with adjusting the graphics and the results?

Fx aa makes the image slightly burly changing res from 1080p to lower if your monitor is native 1080 p will make it worst. Also network lag will not be fixed by lowering your settings.

I had everything max including distance and ran smooth at 90fps.

It couldn't be determined if it was network lag until I went into the wilderness where there were no players around me.

The effect of a zerk & multiple character details could have caused a similar effect.

I ran the game with everything maxed out and it was smooth, but admittedly I didn't get a chance to PVP. I suspect that is where the game will take the biggest performance hit.

If it ends up being too much of a performance hit, hopefully I can hold out. Was planning to get an GTX 880 when the maxwells hit anyway.

Actually....when this "fix" happened, I didn;t notice any real difference between the PVE realm and Cyrodil in terms of latency.

Maybe a little more PC latency, but not as much as you might think.
