This is utterly bizarre. The game is unplayable due to this weird graphical ****. Everything either turns pitch black, or flickers into blue with things like heads and arms floating in silhouette. Here are my computer specs and a screenshot to show you my problems. I have tried all the graphical settings, changing them doesn't do diddily.

Have you tried to update your drivers for your CPU/GPU?

Is you game corrupted/video card overheating or malfunctioning. Its as if major parts of the image aren't ever being drawn. Do you get any other graphical corruption with other games, or only with Crysis 2. And most importantly is your Crossfire application profiles updated and does disabling crossfire fix the problem?

As knowone has replied with the correct ill answer, and you havent found it by searching, ill let you know you need to disable crossfire for now and the flickering will go away

Actually, I solved the problem. I feel stupid for not checking, but downloading the Catalyst CrossfireX profiles from 3/16/10 fixed it. For some reason I never downloaded them since I didn't know what they were. Game is running beautifully now. Thanks for the answers though.
