Graphics Glitch? (Player Char)

Ok, I had a topic about moving my install of FO3 somewhere else. Long story short, I copied the contents of the Data folder to a separate location, uninstalled FO3, reinstalled to it's own folder, added the data folder to the new FO3 install, and then reinstalled FOSE and foseloader. The game plays much better than it did before, no lagging, loads quicker, no CTD (so far)...

Here's the issue: I noticed when I switched to 3rd person mode, that my character looked, off. At the beginning to the game, I noticed that one of his arms was LARGER than the other. I chalked it up to a graphic oversight, and continued playing. After another hour or 2, I switched into 3rd person again, and noticed my character's arms had changed. The hands looked like the hands from the aliens in the Mothership Zeta DLC and both arms were significantly longer. I couldn't really tell with the rest of the body, but the hands were obvious. None of this was noticeable in the 1st person mode.

I've never heard of this problem. Is it a common one if you're using a facial enhancer? I hope either somethings screwy with my mods or it's a one off and will correct itself.

Any thoughts?
