So I wrote this ALTHIST timeline four months ago on my thoughts of how the Fallout World would be like if the Great War never ocurred. Note that their are stuff you may feel out of touch with FO Universe just as a reminder. It's unfinished as I planned to write up to 2100. Though right now, I have no inspiration to continue writing on it. Tell me your thoughts and opinions on it.

Starting Notes

• The Middle Eastern and the North African Countries had nuclear exchanges with each other during the Resources War. Greece retook Byzantium much of Turkey Northern Coast of the Black Sea and Turkey’s West Coast. The Turkish Invasion of Cyprus also failed and Greece held on to the island. The Greek monarchy never was ousted.
• Much of the Empires in the world lost all their foreign holdings by the start of the 21^st century. (France, UK, Belgium, etc.)
• The Soviet Union would not balkanize but would release their grasp from EE (Except Ukraine and Belarus) due to problems controlling it.
• India would have Burma, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan by 2077.
• China would have Vietnam, Japan, Korea, and Laos, Thailand and Cambodia as puppet states before there surrender.
• Southeast Asia remained neutral during the Sino-American War. Australia and New-Zealand combined to become a neutral power in the South Pacific protecting much of the other S.E. Asian countries. Though the Philippines
• There are still resources in the world (except Oil) but not on a high scale.
• During the Resources War, India and Pakistan had nuclear exchanges.

• Premier Zhou Lang who does not wish to concede to the American dogs gives order to Chinese operators of nuclear silos to launch the missiles. Though Lang is silenced by General Zhou Kuei in his bunker in Xinjiang, by dipping drop cyanide into his dinner. He takes over the remaining government officials and halts the launch of Chinese nuclear silos. He also declares himself the new Premier of China.
• Under orders from the new Premier, the Chinese defense of Beijing surrenders. The United States flag waves over the Tianmen Square. The news of China’s surrender reaches fast around the world. Americans cheer as the 11 year conflict ends.
• Roger Maxson sees the F.E.V as a danger to mankind and arms up the security systems. Though the Enclave sends a special black ops team to report on Mariposa’s situation. They find out that Maxson group revolted and killed the scientist. Gunfire erupts in the facility breaking several FEV canisters and a gas from of the FEV is released by level 4 and 5 by a grenade explosion. The gas seeps out through a crack to the outside world. The Enclave retrieves several samples of the FEV and leave returning back to the Oil Rig.

Russia gives demands to China cede the following:

• Xinjiang, Manchuria, and Inner Mongolia or risk invasion.

India also releases it demands on China to cede the following:

Westernmost Aksai Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh.

Kuei seeing China situation as weak agrees and plans to meet the Russian and Indian diplomats in Xinjiangs capital of Urumqi the next week. There, the deals between the Russians and the Indians are ratified.

• The Platinum Chip is delivered to Vegas and Mr. House installs it. He realizes that nuclear war as he predicted has not occurred. House soon brought in his second up plan if the world did not end; Operation Western Sun. He knew the United States could not last longer. With instability at an all-time high, it would be only a matter of time before the US collapses from its expansionism and it’ big government upon the people as he predicted. House contacts Western Security, a subsidiary of RobCo providing mercenary services to the US government. He contacts the head of WS to be prepared for Western Sun. The Head of WS gives the green light and Mr. House is confident his private military will defeat the overstretched US military. House also reemploys his surviving 13 agents that worked for RobCo through the years, where they survived in a Nevada bunker up North. To assist Western Security. He also has technological blueprints such as the schematics to current based US fighter/bomber planes through a computer hacker.
• The FEV gas released spreads like wildfire through the winds. Many people start growing larger muscles and exhibiting greater intelligence. People soon realize this is the Forced Evolution Virus the United States created. Though Batch 11-111 was never tested on Humans. Some die due to exposure while others grow weird abnormalities, while others become stronger and more intelligent.

• The European Powers at war sign an official peace treaty in Switzerland. This marks an end to a destructive and bloody war for two decades (17 years). Europe is in a more horrible condition than before. They are worse off than Europe’s aftermath of WW2. Though a few countries in Europe that were not directly involved conflict would emerge as Europe’s new powers. United Scandinavia Confederation, The Baltic States, Russia surviving unscathed and the Byzantine Republic. With the European Wars at end, a Great Migration of Europeans occurs though US bars any kind of immigration. Many instead turn to the other nations such as Brazil or Argentina, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia and the Byzantium. Though Scandinavia and the Byzantium put quotas on immigration numbers into the country.
• Premier Kuei and President Grayson of the Enclave (secretly) from the Oil Rig meet in Los Angeles. President Grayson outlines the terms: A, the PRC shall dismantle all of its Nuclear warheads into storage facilities. B, abolish Communism and change into a Democracy. C, pay millions amount of reparations to the American government in 100 years. D, China reduces the size of its military to a permanent 500,000. This is to prevent a war to occurring between the 2 countries again, and make China no longer a superpower. Premier Kuei asks President Grayson to help establish law and order for the new country by having US troops protecting them. Though Grayson is reluctant due to fears of Canada and South/Central America revolting from America’s influence. It was also due to the fact of the still present isolationist sentiment of the American people. Grayson refuses, though US Nuclear weapons inspector will be monitoring China’s dismantlement of its nuclear weapons. Though Russia is angered for not being invited to the meeting. Though this was a move by Grayson so that Russian can’t continue to expand its influence to East Asia.

• Premier Kuei fearing that China may balkanize asks the Australia-New Zealand Confederation (ANZC), Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, to help maintain security in China. The ANZC parliament agrees to send 60,000 of ANZC troops will be sent to assist the Chinese. The Philippines agrees to send 60,000 troops to China. Malaysia and Singapore send 30,000. The combined military troops are known as the Southern Asia Task Force.

• The South Korean and Japanese government in exile returns back home. Japan is better than South Korea due to Chinese forces fleeing to Korea when American Naval forces landed in. Though Korea is in ruins due to fighting between the Americans and Chinese/Communist Koreans. United Korean Republic is formed.
• US troops from Asia finally return home. This is met by thousands of people waiting at docks meeting, friends, loved-ones, and families.

• Chinese agents in the US are still reeling in from the effect of China surrendering and not nuking it and the capitalist dogs. Instead, a series of terror attacks occur all over the United States that would edge the United States to anarchy. An example is a Chinese spy destroys the New York’s Nuclear reactor destroying large parts of New York and turning many people into Ghouls.
• Instability is high in Russia and the government tightens the noose upon the people.
• The Stan’ SSR’s, Caucasus SSR’s, and the Karelia SSR ask for independence. Scandinavia makes it demands on Russia to return Karelia to Finland. The Soviets refuse and Scandinavia declares war on the Soviet Union. The Scand-Soviet War has started. Scand troops who are well trained and good equipment tear through the Soviet defense in Karelia and Murmansk. Karelians rise up and help there brethren push out the Soviets. Saint Petersburg is sieged by Scandinavian Forces and bombarded by the Navy. The Kaliningrad Oblast is taken in a week by Scandinavian Marines. Though the Russian are strong and send a large force to Saint Petersburg and soldiers stationed in the Archangel Oblast to combat Scandinavian troops in the Murmansk Oblast.
• The people of the Madre find out that the world was not nuked and emerge out from the Southwest to seeing civilization. Though the Cloud engulfs more than half the people of the Madre and those who survived stayed in the Casino. The Cloud would spread all around the world decimating world population, coupled already with its problems such as widespread famine and anarchy in different places.

• The US government (Enclave) swaggers back into D.C. Congress officially ratifies the Treaty of Los Angeles.
• The US reopens trade with the world though international trade is low though is starting to regain itself. Realizing the stockpiles of weaponry the United has, they start looking to sell these in places where there is conflict. It is realized that Africa is the perfect place to sell weapons and provide money for the US economy. Immediately, the US starts selling it arms to the belligerent factions of Africa. The CIA sets up in West Africa through the uses of Runners. Term for CIA operatives dealing with the factions. They undertake the dealing with these factions in exchange for money. One of their first nations to trade with the US in arms is Morocco which has taken Southeast Algeria and is at war with Mauritania, Mali and Algeria.
• The Byzantine Empire contacts the Scandinavians in plans of its invasion of the Crimea peninsula. The Scand high command is happy that this will open a 2 front war for the Russians. Though B.I.S spies reveal that the Crimea is heavily fortified and that instead that a direct route of invasion would better by beach landing on Illchivs’k and capturing Odessa. This would give the Byzantine Army would have a direct route to Kiev and another army group would cut off the Crimea. The Byzantine Navy would attack the Russian Black Sea Fleet to remove there Naval presence. Though the Soviets have always been cautious of a Byzantine attack when the Greeks reformed. The Russian Black Sea is large though undermanned due to Soviet budget cuts and it beach defenses on Crimea are withering but still strong. The invasion commences in late spring. Byzantine Forces push up from Illchivs’k and take control of Odessa. Though they fail to cut off the Crimea as Byzantine Forces are held up at Mykolaiv, the Byzantine Navy surprise attack on the Russian Black Sea Fleet decimates them.
• S.A.T.F troops arrive in Hong Kong. They start cooperating with Chinese military personnel over establishing security over China. S.A.T.F troops are assigned to a different region by country. ANZC personnel are assigned to NW China. Philippines to SW China, Malaysia and Singapore South Central China with a bulk of remaining Chinese forces spread out by corps.
• The Vatican releases an official statement denouncing the mutated humans as abominations to god. This causes a large rift in the Catholic Church.

• With the Soviets at a two front war, the Caucasus SSR, and Central Asia SSR revolts. Siberia Balkanizes and anarchy reigns throughout the Soviet Empire. Soviet troops are order to put down rebellions but many disgruntled and tired of the war do not follow orders and desert. With the situation dire for the Soviets and the Byzantines sieging Kiev and Volograd and the Scand’s only miles away from Moscow, the Premier Lushkov of the Soviet Union declares a cease fire and open for surrender. At the meetings, the Scands want the Murmsnak Oblast and Karelia while the Byzantium wants the Crimea, the coasts of Ukraine and the Russian Caucasus. Lushkov ratifies the deal and declares the Soviet Union as inoperable. Later that day, he jumps into a lake and dies. Russia Balkanizes into several different nations. One of them is the Czardom of Russia, led by a General with lineage back to the Romanovs.
• Europe Balkanizes into several different nations such as the UK divides into 3 kingdoms. Scotland, Wales and England. Irish Army annexes North Ireland and Ireland is now united.
• Canada, Mexico revolt from US rule while the Latin American nations too revolt from US influence. While money is coming from African arms deal, the US cannot properly deal with the gangs, insurrectionist, etc. For weeks the US tries to regain control of the lands west of the East Coast but fails. The United States balkanize with the government out in D.C declaring itself as the Columbian Republic stretching south to florida and North to the borders of Qubec and the Canadian Republic.
• Mr. House’s troops from WS gain effective control of all of Nevada. He declares all of Nevada under House Corporation. Texas secedes to form the Republic of Texas or the Lone Star Republic. Cali secedes to form the United California Republic while British Columbia, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington form Cascadia. Alaska takes control of North Canada. The MW Balkanizes into several different republic. Southerners try to secede from Columbia but fail to do so.
