I'm having this graphics artefacts:

Only way to get rid of this is switching to window mode and then back to fullscreen - but this works only for a short moment.
I have installed latest drivers.
My specs : intel core2duo E8400, GeForce 250GTS, 4GB Ram, Win7 64bit.
