Suddenly my gamplay looks like looking into a scoop at night ?

Verry green and the picture is only focust (clear) in the center of the picture.

In loading mod just befor start everthing is perfect ??

And this started just two days ago.

Any ideas. Did have Beta befor and no its seems to diseperd, cant get it back, can this be the problem ?
