Glitch. New thread worthy, even searching with google I could only find a couple small mentions in huge multi-page threads. I was stoked to finally unlock the tech scope for my Gauss Rifle and it hasn't worked once. All I see is an Opaque green lense which you can't see anything through. Needs a fix, along with so many things...
