Grenades are still completely unbalenced

In crysis 2 the grenade was by far superior. In this one it seems to be headed that way. I just played a match where I got a max nano suit, and I get killed by one grenade, while at the edge of its blast range. It should have damage drop off depending on how close you are to the explosion, not just simply insta kill everything in the blast radius.

No, you get permanently stuck in armor mode with basically 110% health.

Doesn't the armour absorb all the damage though? Since it's always on?

Not in max nanosuit. It only provides damage reduction.
