someone in this forum, i heard that the grendel and the fy71 do the same demage.
so my question is now: does the fy the same demage in auto-fire mode as the grendel in single shot mode?
or does the fy the same demage in single fire as the grendel in single shot mode?
if 2. applies, wouldnt id be wise to use single shot FY intead of grendel?

Fy in auto does the same as grendel in single :O

Grendel has better ads accuracy. I prefer Grendel to FY simply because the FY is too cheesy.

People cry that much about FY 71 because they can't afford the DLC.

The FY is better than the Grendel. I just use the Grendel to show them who's boss still.

die FY71 ist meiner meinung nach die fetteste wumme im ganzen spiel. klar dass auf wirklich gro?e distanzen nichts über DSG oder GAUSS geht und im "in-fight" ne schrotflinte auch einiges wegschafft, alles in allem ist die FY aber einfach am heftigsten. und es ist absolut k?sig, dass man dafür 10 ?cken hinlegen muss UND ne kreditkarte braucht. sch?bigstes dlc-marketing...
wenn gute spieler sie auf nicht-dlc-servern benutzen, grenzt das für mich an charakterschw?che, schlechteren sei es geg?nnt sich für geld ein paar abschüsse mehr zu kaufen.

nice gesagt, ich finde du hast überwiegend recht ^^
long range fights hast du meistens zu gewinnen wegen dem niedrigen rückstoss usw. aber gegen sniper geht natürlich nichts als nahkampf..
das mit dem dlc: genau. nicht mal paypal oder paysafe karte (damit auch die unter 18 die das spielen geld einbringen k?nnen, w?re eigtl. klug für crytek..das wollen sie ja, geld.) aber der service geht über gamespy und die sind nunja, nicht die besten. ich pers?nlich habe nichts dagegen wenn man sie benutzt, auch wenn sie overpowered ist.. ich hab auch nichts dagegen wenn leute st?ndig im stealth modus sind.. naja

anyway the FY is like a grendel in full auto. the grendel is the most powerful assault rifle damage-per-shot wise in the the game. to balance things, the grendel only has 3 shot burst. but the FY has full auto mode. that is why the FY is overpowered, and that is why people who use it are being called "noobs".

FY doesn't bother me, i do use it, mainly against people using the FY lol.

Grendel does 35 burst, 40 single

Silencer on Grendel drops max damage and min, silencer on FY only drops min damage. FY is slightly better than every gun, I quite like it but in public servers people complain if I use it. Also as I mentioned, I find the ADS of grendel is more accurate (after the first shot) for grendel.

a player whos cloaked has 60 health,
a player in normal/power mode has 120.
it means the FY and the grendel do a 2 shot in cloak.
the grendel takes BARELY a 3 shot in normal mode!!!
the FY does too, but with a slightly increased demage, since it doesnt matters its a 3 shot TOO !
as with armor mode: because 3 shots of the grendel already kill another shot will kill in armor mode. so 4 shots.
because3 shots of the FY already kill and another shot will finish off the enemy with armor. so 4 SHOTS! -.-

SO IN SINGLESHOT mode its EXACT the same! so dont call me a FY noob when i use it in singleshot! thanks

So i wouldnt call you a noob, if i have to click my mouse 10 times simultaneously, and aim, while you just hold down and spray spuraticly........ FY is OP, its a dangerous weapon in a noobs hands, its then considered uber lethal in a expierenced players hands, seriously, 3 shots you go down? it takes around 2 burst from a REALLY REALLY well placed shot from a grendal, the FY has no recoil as well, it just bumps to the side instead of upwards, as where we all know, the grendel goes flying off the players hands.

The FY does have vertical recoil, i even tested it last night, maybe you picked a defective one off the battlefield maybe, you don't have DLC2 do you?

coolguycooldude, i was talking about SINGLESHOT ONLY.

The GRENDEL has more accuracy,but the f771 does more damage,i hope this helps
