Hey, in fallout 3 I made extensive use of the "wasteland moods" mod, which basically gave you a bunch of different choices in how the world looked, weather-wise. For example, one plug-in made it bright and sunny, one made it dark and hellish, and my favorite one made it very overcast and grey. It was a lifesaver for me in Fallout 3, for getting rid of the weird green feel the wasteland had. I'm spoiled now, and I'd love to be able to have my cloudy wasteland back (even if it doesn't make much sense in the Mojave, it just makes the game amazingly prettier for me.)

So I was wondering if there were any similar mods out for Vegas yet, or if there were plans to make / convert one.
Failing that, is it at all possible to convert my cloudy esp to something that could be used by Vegas? I have zero experience with the GECK, so I have no idea how hard that would be, or if it's even possible. I'd only use it for myself of course, and get the author's permission.
