i'm up to a Minutemen quest where i need to go speak to Preston Garvey. At some point, I sent Preston to Greygarden. When I go to Greygarden to speak to him, I see that his indicator arrow is way up above on top of the highway overpass. this area on top of the highway overpass doesn't seem accessible.

anyone experienced this? know a way to either get up to the overpass or to get Preston to come down?

Playing on Xbox One. Level 28 with about 50 hours. Really don't want to start over!

realized i was still inside the workshop area and was able to build my way up to him lol im a [censored]

you can build up to the overpass? o.O

I assume then you can build on the overpass and place a fast travel marker there. I never got control of grey garden though.

you can go up the underpass, you dont need to build up to it you can just walk up it. looks to steep but you can just walk up it.

i then built a staircase on the first level just to get to the top level cause i saw a vertibird i wanted to check out but thats also unnecessary as theres an elevator/window washer type thing on the south(?) side.

he was actually on the upper level of the 2-floor overpass. i was able to run up the overpass on the lower level, then built out and up to get to the upper level. he was sitting on a couch up there.
