I have level 2 Ninja. When I attack with Grognak's Axe the system message says I am only doing x4 sneak damage. Is this working as intended?

Where did you find his axe? I've got Cait wearing his gear because I've got her all melee, but she's just using a bladed tire iron.

Note the female Grognak version is terrible. The textures are basically just flat colors. It's like they didn't finish it or something. Needs modded fast. Doesn't need to be skimpier or anything, just needs some textures.

Its in the comic book place where you found his outfit. First floor, display case behind the counter.

I'll have to check again. It might have gotten blown around in there ... or I'm totally blind.

Well the display case is locked. Maybe you lockpick skill wasn't high enough? It can't get blown around since it's inside the case

Strange I must have just missed it since I keep my lock picking as high as possible. Or, I already grabbed it and sold/scrapped it. Though I wouldn't have done that on purpose as I generally hold on to unique items. I'll have to go back and check tonight.

I think it can be easy to miss. Looks like an empty glass counter, I only looted it because I noticed the screen transitioned to a lockpick as I went by and did a mouse-over.
