Grow a Beard for Skyrim! #2

Post » Tue Mar 08, 2011 10:06 pm

I had a good one going for a few months, but I had to shave it for a wedding.
Im about 2 weeks into it now, it grows at a fair rate. I'll certianly have a beard for release.

That is lame! I don't condone business practices that dictates my facial hair growth. (Get out of my personal space dang nab it!!) If it's kept clean, who the hell are they to tell me what I can and can't do with my face?

Would you like to see a cooker with beard? o_O

I'll probably try, but not right now. I also have hair to keep me warm, so.

Sure. They have these neat inventions called a "hair net", http://t2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRg14bE3zRxJLVIrshTPASCDHcT_gMuVLkiuHMHkdM2BUCWFpPy. :P

But seriously, I wouldn't care if they didn't use one. I can think of much worse things to find than a beard hair or two in my meal. (Like pubic hair!!!!)

I can assure you I've NEVER seen one of those in my life. Well, not outside of an hospital in any case.

Where I work, beard nets are offered for beardly deli-counter workers. They look silly though, so the deli-counter guys usually just shave.

I love my beard so far. Sometimes, I'll see my shadow in profile, and I hardly recognize myself!

Man, this beard is really growing on me! (Pun intended. :P)

I may just keep it when I go house hunting. I don't want to rent from a beard fascist anyway. :toughninja: :poke:

So, hows everyone else coming along? Still in it?

My facial hair is awful, but I still haven't shaved in almost a month. Screw you, genetics!

I've been growing a beard, but sadly when I go back to work this summer I'll have to shave it.

Beard nets don't work when you have to deal with the public and cook at the same time.

Surprising for a 15 year old my goatee is small but filling in. I'd say in six months it should be pretty thick.

I envy you. One of my friends has had a beard since eigth grade. I envy him.

I've never shaved in my life (being the highschooler I am, I've never needed to).

Right now, I'm aiming for a Freddie Mercury Stache (currently at peach fuzz) and full-on lumberjack beard. I currently only a few long, out-of-place hairs, my family wants me to shave them, but they'll never take them!

I want a beard and stache!

You guys need to take pictures!

I can't grow a beard because it would look stupid and I want to keep my girlfriend, but I fully support your courageous endeavour and would like to laugh about it, if possible on a daily basis.

i wonder if their is any bearded vampires in tamriel, i hope so

I doubt it. Vampires are clinically dead anyway, plus the fact they are essentially frozen in time biologically, so assuming they didn't have a beard when they were turned, I don't think they would be able to grow one from there on out.

As for a beard.

I will grow one in the weeks heading up to release, even though I know from experience I don't suit a beard. I won't start now because I'm an 18 year old who has a fondness of females...and I know for a fact they will not take kindly to me wearing an awkward face full of hair.

I can't grow a beard because of my job. I tried it once, and it came out patchy anyway.

I can grow some mean mutton chops though. :hubbahubba:

I haven't shaved in a few weeks and I've got a scraggly beard coming in. I don't think I'll be able to grow it out though, mainly because the ladies don't seem to like beards.
