This was discussed earlier and the restrictions stay in place until release. At, or just before release there will be a spoiler forum set up, until then the mods will be happily handing out suspensions to those who post links, screens and videos that are obviously breaking the NDA.
So guys, help out and if you see anything that shouldn't be here, hit the report button.
The report button thats bottom of your avatar? ok..
U knoe sumthing? The ban hamma is a pretty kool gui. Eh kills spoilers and doesnt afraid of leaks.
What about if we discuss some things that have broken NDA? Like not links, images, or nothing. Just talked about it in general?
There is no such thing as freedom of speech on the internet. Surely you know this?
Whoa,do you multi personalities?
Anyways,just incase don't discuss it.
i actually discuss some stuff that I didn't know it really did existed in the game till I saw some leak footage on my past post.
So sometimes is hard to know what can be discuss, just make your post as " I hope this is in the game and we can do this and that" sort of discussion.
With past releases we have allowed discussion, just not the links etc. But that has not yet been confirmed for this release, but we will let you know asap so hold tight on that for now.
OK, as with past releases we will allow discussion on any stuff you may have seen. However, the topic should be clearly marked as **spoilers** as the moderators and admin are going to be very sensitive about this.
If someone has any doubt about a post or topic it will be best to ask one of the mods first.
Hah, sorry. Didn't know it was against the rules.
To my defence, I did ctrl-f search the rules page as well as I could before I posted anything.
Reviewers do indeed sign an NDA with an expiration date attached.
FYI
Reviewer copies will most absolutely fall under an NDA. There is an embargo on reviews coming out before Nov. 9, and that will apply to anything reviewers learn from their review copy.
It isn't only betas that get NDAs, as publishers are well aware that reviewers are as capable of being childish and irresponsible as any beta tester
[edit]
Getting ninja'd is usually annoying, but seeing as it's Summer (not Autumn) I don't mind one bit
What's this?
I thought we weren't allowed to talk about moderation issues.
Lock the thread! Ban the Greg! Cast him out with the refuse. Blind and inappropriate adherence to the rules is what's needed here.
