Ok.

After much thought and discussion, I am now very much considering upgrading my 8800 GTX for a 560 GTX Ti. This I feel would improve performance dramatically and will give me DX11 visuals and all other mod cons that my current card just can't use. Would make Crysis 2 a lot better to play but I'm just stating the obvious

Same chipset, just a different brand. Again, your thoughts please. Notice that it comes with Batman Arkham city so an added bonus in my mind.

So, are these cards worth the money?
Which one would you pick and why? Would you even suggest a better one? (don't mean 580 + etc) One in this range perhaps I've missed.....
Thinking of keeping new graphics card for long time until complete new system build when I sell mine (when bios-less mobo's come out). So, whats the lastability?
Finally, am I right to be considering this card? Thanks all.

Just take a pick, they are both the same card of similar quality build just different coolers/PCB colours, check reviews on both to see which manufacturer is cooler etc but I'd probably go with the gigabyte one myself but there's not a lot of difference.
