with the difference I do not have SLI - I run just one Gigabyte GV-N570OC-13I with the latest drivers. I checked the VRAM and 0% errors at all.

Do you think this is software or hardware problem? Or is this normal?

BTW it is factory overclocked card - I decreased the clock to NVIDIA reference ones and it did not help
