Can someone shed some light on this for me.
When i get a bounty(say 100 gold) the guards never attack on sight they just say something like hey i know you and as long i dont talk to them they will never arrest me.
I feel this is bad..guards should make an attempt to arrest me themselves not by me talking to them
Do guards ever arrack on sight?

build your bounty up to about a thousand gold and see what happens...

Also if you try to pick a pocket (especially the commander of the guard) and get caught, then refuse to go to jail or pay the fine, they will attack you then, and if you get away, they will continue to attack on sight for a day or so.

Go up and hit one of the guards. That'll start a fight, lol.
