im looking for a mod that makes the guards act when they see you or a npc without clothing.

i just downloaded a death mod that teleports you to skingrad and you appear naked so i was woundering if there were any mods that made npc hate you and not want to talk without clothing or proper clothing depending on npc. like higher class snobs not wanting to talk because your in armorand guards arresting you for no clothing?

I don't know of any mods like that... though provided that Oblivion can detect what you're wearing (which it should), it should be a simple scripting exercise to modify a NPC's disposition regarding your level of um... dress.
