Guards seeing EVERYWHERE?

Everyone but you is telepathic . How does it feel?

I feel so inferior!!! But I never really commited crimes in Oblivion so I dont get frustrated by the guards  I actually hope you can join them in Skyrim, have them be joinable and you can do crime scene investigations and riot control or something. I always used to walk around in guard armor in Oblivion and roleplay a guard, I would just stand in front of gates and talk to the people that occasionally walk by....it was a real blast  but if they had official "guardly" quests it could work.

It just svcked in Oblivion that when you commit a crime the guards instantly know where your at,
Anyone else pissed off about this?

Yeah, that did make things tough--I know I used levitation quite a bit dealing with this. Needing to sell stuff though made it a bit of a challenge.

New engine, New Mechanics, New AI.

That basically answers most questions about Skyrim.

I loved making fools of those psychic guards, but they were horribly unrealistic. They had eyes in the back of their heads. I would wait until one of them was well past me, walking away, no one else in sight, lockpick the door, go in, proceed to, well... do what I do, and suddenly a guard is standing right in front of me. "Stop"! Really? All sneaking with a 100 sneak, and my "sneak eye" never lit up. After that, there's only one option, really. Resist arrest, see how long you can survive, or escape. Fun, but annoying when they shouldn't have been able to see me in the first place. I got so that I wouldn't "go to work", unless no one was in sight. Still, I robbed the Imperial City blind. They never saw that coming.
