Guards?

I was thinking for a while and i thought because of the new creation engine this would not be a problem but now i don't recall ever reading something about it so what i want to know is in oblivion when we would kill an npc in their house while they were sleeping with no witnesses or you commit homocide with no witnesses the guards will chase you down and find you and that got me mad i want to know if it is going to be like that in Skyrim, I really hope the creation engine and the developers fixed that.
If you know any news about this please discuss it below and let me know.

I believe it is "fixed"....if there's no witnesses.

I don't believe so. People in previews have killed people and stolen horses and guards didn't take notice(if there were no witnesses). So no more psychic guards.

I think that if you dont kill them in one hit, they "alert" the guards like tehy did in Oblivion.

I think they have to get to the guards first, because if you commit a crime in front of people, you can kill the witnesses, and you won't get reported.

It's fixed, but if you attack a guard then all of the guards in that hold will know. I believe it has to be that way since it would be a programming nightmare to seperate generic NPCs like that, but everyone else is fair game if you kill the witnesses.
