Well, I probably made it sound worse than it is.
But if my memory serves me correctly there was a lot of heat between them and Bungie, because they shipped out the pre-orders 3 days before the release. Meaning quite a few of the UK gaming populace got there hands on it quite early.

So, I guess, theres always a chance we can get it early.

EDIT: My bad, the main culprits were Tesco and Argos, though a lot of others joined in after the first two.

I might have had the time scale wrong too.... really bad little factoid but the gist is there.
I know it wasn't like the accidental get it a day early because of post or whatever, just that they actively went out of there way to release early.

I'm pretty sure Brink was done as soon as they announced the release date forward. Or even earlier, before they released the "Ready & Able" trailer?

I mean, I saw a picture somewhere of the warehouse last week with boxes and boxes of BRINK packaged up.

If anyone gets an early copy of Brink on the PC, they will have nowhere to play online as the dedicated server files would not have been released, and I bet the Master Server would not be up or accepting connections. Steam would also disallow entry to the game.

And may I mention that the thread title does not really appear to match the content of the thread.

people claim its street dates etc and set by the pubisher and yada yada , but new elder scrolls is coming out sam day worldwide o_O (Tuesday) by the same publisher hehe
