On a side note: That Aleswell quest was absolutely bloody awful. Not only was the quest tedious and depressing, but my reward is that I get to sleep in a bed? Oh woopdy doo!

Aww, I enjoyed that quest, I thought it was funny. The mad wizard whose spell screws up an entire hamlet. Good stuff.

The first place Baa checked was Atrene Camp, but the grass and furniture didn’t look right so she kept looking. Now after at least 50 premature deaths of Cyrodiil’s bandits Baa is back at Atrene Camp. After studying the boulders, the answer is Atrern Camp.

And another hint: I've found one but there are two, and they both give me something to do.

Well, those flames must hold some level of significance. But I can't for the life of me work out what they are. In Chorrol, the only house outside the walls I can think of is Honditar's. So I'll guess Honditar's shack?

That's a good guess too, but the lights have to be significant. And our guesses don't seem to include those lights.
