After reading through the Oblivion thread by Renee Gade II, I thought it would extraordinarily fun to do something like that on the Skyrim forums. Here's the rules:

I post a picture, and you have to guess where the location of the picture is. If you guess correctly, then you get to post the next picture.. And so on...

I'm going to guess Elgrim's Elixers, the area behind his shop where he lives.

That really could be a cellar or fort anywhere. There's nothing unique to identify it from. But since we're just guessing, Mercer's house?
