I'm on the quest. "Guess Who I Saw Today".

It says I have to wait for doctor Henry to complete the experiment with Lily. I've been waiting in the game for days.

I went back several times and Dr. Henry just stands there with lily. I talk to him and he just says I'm busy, come back later, same thing with lily.

Any idea's on what to do?

I got to the point where I told Dr. Henry to proceed with the experiment. Now it's just stuck on waiting for him, it's been way more than 24 hours.

I had this problem too!
I waited for about three weeks, would go away, come back to check every couple of days. It got to the point where it was one of the few non storyline quests left in my pimp boy which drives me crazy.
Is it stuck for you where Dr Henry is 'working' but every time you talk he says 'dont interupt me when I'm working!; and lilly is standing there invisible?

In the end I snapped and killed them all,
Some places say it's a bug related to talking to keene, the emo nightkin, first? If you get his issues first then apparently that makes the game bug out, but that's just wild speculation off the internet.
