i find it rather annoying that they always put a release date for the add-on for a certain day and yet it doesn't come out till the next day, they could at least say that it comes out the next day so i dont get all excited

When they put a release date, they put that date that it's first available. GRA & CS not being out in Europe is Sony's fault, not Bethesda's.
