Well I just got on the fourms and I see all this. Can someone explain to me what is going on?

Lonesome Road is schedueled to release on September 20th. A week later two DLC packs will be released: Gun Runners Arsenal and Courier's Stash.

Its going to the Fallout Wikia, or reading the threads...

This thread is fine, its clearly served its purpose and not everyone knows about the fallout wikia. Following that, the fallout wikia isn't always that helpful, same goes for a large number of the threads here. Especially the "did anyone notice" sort of threads

Yeah they don't always exactly point out what their point is until you actually get into the thread itself.

I pretty much killed all the gun runner peeps in my playthrough. I hope that dosen't affect the add-on pack. At least the robot inside the shack will still interact with me and sell me stuff
