Ok, so I am an AVID fallout fan since fallout 3. Did not play the previous ones. Actually I did play FO2 for a very brief time, but was before I could appreciate quality.

Anyway, cut to the chase. I need to know how to access the challenges! Am I supposed to have magically know what to do to get these achievements? I'm really confused so if anyone can help that'd be great!
