Going with the actual theme and condition of the locations and resources.

Modified Nail gun or construction tool modified into a weapon that shoots projectiles like nails/spikes/chemicals

upgraded knifes/melee

Tesla gun made from modified gear like the nail gun

High-tech prototype gun that shoots concentrated energy blasts with medium cool down like the good ole insta gib beams

thats about all I can think of that has not already been mention already in the game and somewhat relevant to the games universe

Gauss rifle (Fallout 2 design)
Gauss pistol (from fallout 2)
Flamer pistol (Fallout Tactics)
Sten gun (British made SMG from WWII)
Gatling Gauss (Fallout Tactics)
Spiked knuckles (I think this would be original and much more grusome than the knife)
Luger (German made WWII pistol)
M-249 SAW (i think it will make a helpful addition by laying down lots o' bullets (suppresive fire) that would allow your team to flank the enemy or give them time to fall back)
Tommy Gun (its fun to be a gangster)

Considering the game isnt even out yet this thread is pretty useless. We dont know the full list of what weapons will be in the game so how are we going to discuss what weapons we wish would have made it when nothing is even final yet.

Regardless if Brink is released or not, the game isn't using real world weapons - we don't need a full list of weapons to know that. So any real world gun that someone wants in the game, is not going to be in it, hence, the topic being a "wish list."
They may have guns inspired by real world weapons, but that's probably as close as your gonna get.

I'd like to see a lever-action rifle that could do huge amounts of damage but at a slow fire rate. Just to mix things up a bit.
