You've seen companies do an entire game in two weeks?

They are too busy counting their caps to worry about making more patches. :P

On a serious note, they are indeed making a new patch, Im sure of it. The QA team obviously did a horrid job on this one, and forced gamers to do their job for them. They should be fired, IMO. But still, there is a lot of extra strain on the programmers now, so give em time.

I guess they're too busy promoting tips, mods, etc. http://bethblog.com/index.php/2010/11/02/fallout-bulletin-tips-mods-and-more/

I think there was a typo in the first sentence, though. Should read:

You’re exploring the New Vegas wasteland, and then it hits you: if only there was something that added more grass to didn't crash the game.

Totally intended as frustration-based humor, btw. Really, I'm sure they're working hard on it. :brokencomputer:

Well, they released a day 1 patch for the PC version. This tells me that they knew about a lot of the bugs before the game went gold. Bethesda was the publisher and managed the QA process, so they should have made the decision to delay the release. At least they've made an official statement that they're working hard on new patches. Two weeks is not very long to look into new issues, fix them, create, test, and distribute a patch. It takes time if they're going to do it right...and they better.
