I did an 'unlock' on the door and am dropping things on the floor of Gwenden Farm. Those chests that have clothing in them, can I use those? All my ingredients are on the floor in Chorrel. I will eventually buy a house but the farm would be nice to use.

Perhaps I can disable or delete something and add a chest.

I love the map marker there. Do any house mods have a map marker?

I would be careful about using a quest-related house as a residence.

It's been awhile since I used Gweden Farm as a place to stay after the quest. I also used the command console to unlock the door. The beds are fine for sleeping. I remember that I tested all the containers for respawning and if I remember correctly, at least one or two of the containers are. I would certainly test each of them yourself though.
