Initially, it was only saved games not loading unless I started a new game and loaded from that. Now, I can't even start a new game. They all crash from the load screen.

Tried a fresh install with fresh save, no mods, and even then it started doing it.

Tried the SafetyLoad mod, but did not work at all.

You should not be CTDing if you reinstall and play with a completely vanilla game.
