when outdoors, the hair colour on my character is faded... (i.e., if red it looks like a light shade of pink). if i zoom out of my character with the third person view, you can eventually see the normal hair colour, but when zoomed in to where you dont see the character's legs, its a faded colour.

the same happens to npcs. from far away, their hair seems to be the right colour, but when i walk up to them outdoors it fades out.

this isn't an issue indoors. zoomed in or not, indoors, hair colour is fine.

is there a specific setting i can change to fix this fade out outdoors?
